Privacy Notice

1. Who This Applies To

This Privacy Notice applies to authorized users of the HŌM Sales Hub — an internal portal operated by HŌM Solutions, Inc. for Home Depot sales associates and HŌM staff. This portal is not open to the general public and is not directed at consumers.

2. What We Collect

We collect a limited amount of information in connection with your use of this portal:

• Admin credentials — email address and hashed password for authenticated admin accounts. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
• Session data — a short-lived authentication cookie is set when an admin logs in. This cookie expires at the end of your browser session or when you log out.
• Server logs — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) retained briefly for security and diagnostic purposes.

We do not collect personal information from the customers referenced in VOC data. That data is sourced from Home Depot Voice of the Customer export files and does not include identifiable consumer information beyond anonymized survey responses and job reference numbers.

3. How We Use It

Information collected through this portal is used solely to operate and secure the portal. Admin credentials are used for authentication. Server logs are used for troubleshooting and security monitoring. We do not use your information for advertising, analytics platforms, or any external services beyond the hosting infrastructure required to run the portal.

4. Data Storage & Security

Portal data is stored on secured infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Azure. Access is restricted to authorized HŌM Solutions personnel. We use industry-standard practices including password hashing, HTTPS encryption in transit, and access controls to protect the data we hold.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own purposes. We may share data with service providers strictly necessary to operate the portal (for example, our cloud hosting provider). Any such providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

6. Retention

Admin account data is retained for as long as the account is active. Inactive accounts are reviewed periodically and removed when no longer needed. Server logs are retained for a short rolling period for security purposes and then deleted.

7. Your Rights

If you would like to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you in connection with this portal, please contact us at webmaster@myhominc.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Continued use of the portal after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Notice.
